Windows 10 Build - What does the number mean?

I made a video about the build version number and someone was asking me and do a video request video about what does the numbers mean.

This is the diagram:


Here is the video I made:



As you see from the diagram that it goes by 4 digits.
The 1st 2 represent the year and the 2nd 2 represent the month number.

Example: Build 1909 = September 2019.

Remember, please do not get mixed up by the release date versus the build date as the version goes by the month and the year it is build. Then a month later Microsoft does a release dated based on the build.
